We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. Responsibilities include: Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in the B2B LTL freight market. Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and other communication methods to engage potential clients. Qualifying leads and setting appointments for senior sales executives. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and achieve targets. Providing market feedback to help improve service offerings.
