Experienced English-Speaking Cold Caller & Appointment Setter for Latam

We are seeking a proactive, fluent English-speaking Cold Caller to join our team for ongoing outbound sales outreach. In this role, you will reach out to potential leads, introduce our solutions, and qualify prospective clients for follow-up meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective leads using a provided list and script.
- Introduce our services clearly, handle initial objections, and build rapid rapport.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and book appointment slots for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and note lead details in the CRM.

Candidate Requirements:
- Location: Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina.
- Language: Advanced or Fluent English (C1/C2 level) with strong verbal communication skills and clear pronunciation.
- Experience: Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates with excellent English are welcome to apply.
- Traits: High energy, resilient attitude, self-motivated, and comfortable speaking with international prospects.
