Experienced Freelance Sales & Caller Representative (Spanish Speaker)

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Freelance Sales & Caller Representative to join our team. This remote role involves supporting our customer outreach and sales process by engaging with potential customers and nurturing leads. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making outbound calls, explaining services, and accurately collecting customer information. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers. Perform diligent follow-up with leads and interested prospects. Clearly and professionally explain company services. Accurately collect and record customer information. Schedule follow-up calls or transfer qualified leads to the management team. Maintain and update call notes and lead status in the company system. Ensure professional communication with all prospects and customers. Requirements: Fluency in Spanish, with clear and professional communication skills. Basic English communication skills are preferred. Prior experience in sales, calling, customer service, or telemarketing is highly valued.
