Experienced Full Cycle Recruiter for Skilled Trades - Strong Indeed & Sourcing Skills

We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our growing agency. Our primary focus is on sourcing and placing professionals within the Industrial Manufacturing and Transportation/Diesel Mechanics sectors. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in recruiting for skilled trades, including but not limited to Diesel Mechanics, Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Boiler Technicians, HVAC Technicians, and Electricians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive candidate sourcing, with a strong emphasis on platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter.
- Scheduling and conducting thorough phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the internal recruiting team.
- Reviewing and revising resumes to ensure they accurately reflect candidate skills and experience.
- Submitting a pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands.

Required Skills and Tools:
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, particularly within skilled trades.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Indeed and ZipRecruiter for candidate sourcing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite for administrative tasks and communication.

We will provide access to all necessary recruitment tools and platforms. This is an ongoing hourly position requiring availability Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm EST.
