We are a U.S. Immigration law firm seeking an experienced high-ticket sales closer to convert qualified inbound leads into retainer clients for our legal services. This full-time, remote role involves conducting Zoom and phone consultations to identify client needs and present tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-ticket sales, excellent remote work discipline, and familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-ups. Our services include family-based, business, eb-1/niw, investor visas, waivers, and humanitarian cases. All leads are provided, and no cold calling is required. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional based in Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Chile, Guatemala, Honduras) who can work EST hours.
About the Role
We are a U.S. Immigration law firm serving clients worldwide. We are seeking a fluent-English, high-ticket sales closer to convert qualified inbound leads into retainer clients for our legal services (family-based, business, eb-1/niw, investor visas, waivers, humanitarian cases).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Zoom/phone consultations with inbound leads
Identify client needs and present solutions
Close retainers ranging US$3,000–$12,000+
Maintain CRM for lead tracking and follow-ups
Compensation & Incentives:
High commissions: Top closers earn $2,500 USD or more per month
Weekly and monthly performance bonuses
Uncapped earnings
All leads provided (no cold calling)
Requirements:
Fluent English (C1–C2)
2+ years high-ticket closing experience
Experience selling to U.S. Clients via phone or Zoom
Strong remote work discipline, CRM familiarity
Must be based in LATAM and work EST/ hours
