Experienced Inside Sales Agent (Isa) for Realtor Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. This role is crucial for qualifying leads generated from our realtor clients' Meta ads and scheduling appointments directly onto their calendars. The ISA will represent our realtor clients, not Red Ribbon Media, and will focus exclusively on lead qualification and appointment booking, without selling RRM's services.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Respond Fast: Ensure first contact with leads within 5 minutes of entry during working hours.
2. Qualify Properly: Confirm intent, timeline, area, and budget using provided call scripts.
3. Book Appointments: Schedule appointments directly onto the realtor's Google Calendar via GoHighLevel (GHL).
4. Log Everything: Maintain detailed CRM notes, update pipeline stages, and send Slack notifications after every call.

This role is strictly focused on these four responsibilities. No additional administrative tasks or scope will be added.

Our current clients include:
* Taryn Pessanha (Calgary, Canada): Requires English and Portuguese fluency. High volume, top 25 realtor.
* Marcela (Canada): Requires English and Portuguese fluency. Brazilian agent, Portuguese fluency is critical.
* Grace (Calgary, Canada): Requires English fluency only. New agent, 6-month term.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm est. The ISA must be available during these exact hours to cover all Canadian time zones from Atlantic to Pacific during business hours. Candidates based outside Canada must confirm availability for these hours in writing before an offer is made.

We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to manage a high volume of leads efficiently. Fluency in both English and Portuguese is a significant advantage for serving our diverse client base.
