Experienced Marketing & Growth Associate for Organic Growth

Sia Admissions is seeking a talented Marketing & Growth Associate to drive organic growth for our brand. We help ambitious professionals gain admission to top mba and emba programs worldwide. This remote, part-time position (20 hours per week) is ideal for an experienced marketer based in Latin America who is fluent in English and eager to elevate a global brand. The associate will work directly with the CEO to develop and execute growth strategies that convert existing visibility (YouTube, GMAT Club, newsletter, SEO) into high-caliber consultations and clients. Key responsibilities include developing, planning, and executing organic growth campaigns across YouTube, LinkedIn, and email. The role also involves managing and optimizing SEO-driven blog publishing, including formatting, tagging, uploading, and internal linking. The associate will repurpose long-form video content into short-form assets, write and schedule weekly newsletters and social posts, and maintain brand voice and visual standards across all marketing materials. Performance tracking using Google Analytics and other SEO tools is essential, with weekly reporting on traffic, engagement, and lead generation metrics, along with recommendations for optimization. Success in this role will be measured by increased organic traffic, growth in newsletter subscribers and email engagement, and a higher volume of qualified consultation bookings. Required skills and experience include 3-5 years of digital marketing experience focused on organic growth, proven results growing a professional service, coaching, or education brand, strong copywriting ability, mastery of U.S. English tone and grammar, experience using Canva, CapCut, Google Analytics, and SEO tools, a strong eye for design and minimalist aesthetics, and an analytical, organized, and process-oriented approach.
