We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Operations Manager to join our us-based ai company. This is a crucial, long-term role designed to act as the right-hand to the CEO, bridging the gap between leadership and our remote development team located in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the development team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. Key responsibilities include owning the client onboarding process and managing all client communication to maintain strong relationships and clear expectations. The Operations Manager will also be tasked with building and enforcing internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to streamline processes and prevent any issues from falling through the cracks. We utilize a suite of tools including GoHighLevel, Jira, Notion, Slack, and Make.com, so familiarity with similar platforms is highly valued. We are looking for a systems-minded individual who communicates clearly and effectively in English, and is available to work during US business hours to align with our operational needs. This is a strategic position focused on operational excellence and leadership, rather than routine task execution. This is an ongoing engagement, with an initial trial period to ensure a perfect fit.
