We are a U.S. Consulting business dedicated to helping small business owners in Texas, including contractors, home services providers, fitness studios, and professional services, enhance their digital presence through improved websites, Google Business Profiles, and AI tools. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced part-time B2B Appointment Setter (SDR) to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to book 15-minute discovery calls with qualified U.S. Small business owners directly onto our calendar. This role is crucial for our growth and requires a proactive and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct cold calls to 30-50 U.S. Small business owners daily using provided prospect lists.
* Utilize our proven consultative script, focusing on a calm, curious, and non-pushy approach.
* Perform follow-up communications via sms and email using our crm system.
* Accurately log all call activities and schedule qualified prospects for discovery calls.
Work Schedule:
* Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, adhering to U.S. Central Time hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Near-native English fluency with a very minimal accent is essential.
* Proven cold-calling experience, particularly within the U.S. Small to medium-sized business (SMB) markets, is strongly preferred.
* Possesses a calm, professional, and engaging phone demeanor, avoiding high-pressure sales tactics.
* Familiarity with CRM tools is required.
* Must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet dedicated workspace, and a high-quality working headset.
* Candidates based in Latin America (e.g., Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica) are preferred.
