You’ll be helping us fill urgent roles like Project Managers and Influencer Marketing Managers across multiple fast-growing startups. If you’re an experienced recruiter who moves fast, communicates well, and delivers top-tier talent without handholding—we’d love to work with you. This is a flexible remote role with structured support and a $300 bonus per successful hire. You’ll work closely with our core team to identify talent, move fast, and deliver high-quality candidates on short timelines. Responsibilities: - Understand hiring briefs and ideal candidate profiles - Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, Upwork, Wellfound, Peopleforce, Onlinejobs and other platforms - Submit strong candidates within 5–7 business days - Coordinate with our internal team on test tasks and final interviews - Communicate proactively and meet deadlines Requirements: - 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience (freelance or in-house) - Proven success hiring Project Managers or Influencer Marketing Managers - Strong sourcing and screening skills - Excellent English and communication skills - Comfortable working remotely and across time zones - Must be an individual (no agencies) and not juggling too many clients What You Get: - Flexible remote work - Training materials, templates, and mentorship - $300 per hire - Opportunity for long-term, expert-level roles
