π― The Opportunity
W got a is established retail e-commerce store within the our wholesale ecosystem, currently generating ~$25,000 in annual sales with strong upside potential. We provide SEO and Social Media management.
We are opening this role to scale the retail channel with full commercial responsibility, backed by:
A large product catalog
Deep inventory
Proven suppliers
Existing logistics and fulfillment
This is not an employment role.
It is a results-driven growth opportunity.
π° Compensation Structure (Tiered & Performance-Based)
Compensation is calculated on net margin, with a progressive commission structure based on total annualized sales:
up to $35,000 in sales β 25% of net margin
(baseline volume, almost guaranteed)
from $35,000 to $70,000 β 30% of net margin
above $70,000 β 35% of net margin
π‘ net margin = sales minus product cost, shipping, payment fees, and discounts.
No fixed salary.
No caps.
You grow the business, you grow your income.
π Margins & Inventory Power
Retail margins range from:
~40% on high-rotation products
Up to 250%+ on accessories, bundles, and private label items
Available retail inventory value:
$3,500,000+ ready to be sold
This gives room for:
Bundles
Upsells
Clearance strategies
High-margin plays without stock constraints
π§ Responsibilities
You will operate the retail channel end-to-end:
Product selection and catalog optimization
Creation of bundles, offers, and clearance strategies
Pricing execution within defined boundaries
Retail promotions and basic email marketing
Coordination with marketplaces (Amazon as a key channel)
Focus on stock rotation and cash flow generation
Proposing and executing sales campaigns independently
This is a commercial execution role, not a passive marketing position.

No competition with B2B clients
No control wholesale sales, pricing or key accounts. We could deal also a profit if there is any lead to our B2B
Focus on retail, outlet, bundles, and SKUs
90-day trial period, cancelable by either party

Long term: prove scalability with minimal oversight
