We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, managing ad campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive engagement and achieve marketing objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the B2C landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Create strategic content plans and produce engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
- Manage and moderate accounts on key social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Plan and execute effective ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, and performance analytics.
- Monitor audience engagement, actively interact with followers, and manage comments and messages promptly.
- Analyze content and campaign performance reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize strategies.
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience as an SMM specialist, with a strong preference for B2C experience.
- Proficient with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create compelling visual content.
- In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms and current trends.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities to craft impactful messages.
- Experience with advanced analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
