We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Spanish-speaking Virtual Assistant or Customer Support Agent to join our package shipping business. Our company specializes in shipments to Mexico, serving the Hispanic community in Orange County and Los Angeles, California. This is a part-time remote position with significant potential for long-term growth.

The primary responsibilities will include:

*  Managing and responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business.
*  Providing excellent customer service by answering questions related to shipping services, rates, and processes.
*  Accurately collecting and organizing essential shipping information from clients.
*  Maintaining and updating customer data records.
*  Coordinating and scheduling package pickups efficiently.
*  Following up with potential leads generated from Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
*  Assisting with the organization of orders and preparation of shipping labels.

Candidates should have proven experience with WhatsApp Business, strong customer service skills, and an understanding of logistics processes. Fluency in Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our client base. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
