Emuna Homes, a boutique real estate agency based in Mijas Costa, Spain, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the founder and director. This role is crucial for streamlining daily operations, allowing the director to focus on core business development, sales, and client relationships. We specialize in exclusive property listings and work with an international clientele, so attention to detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Website Management: Upload and regularly update property listings on our website, which is built on a content management system.
*  Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage engaging content across our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, primarily utilizing Meta Business Suite.
*  Data Organization and Maintenance: Maintain and update property listings using internal sources such as Resales Online and various internal templates, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
*  Content Creation Support: Occasionally assist in preparing concise and compelling property descriptions in both Spanish and English.

Required Skills and Experience:
*  Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally within the real estate sector.
*  Exceptional written communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential for content creation and client-facing tasks.
*  Demonstrated familiarity with digital tools and platforms, including content management systems, social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, and collaborative tools like Google Drive.
*  Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to follow-up.
*  Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

Availability:
We are looking for a freelancer available to work remotely on a regular, part-time basis, starting with approximately 5-10 hours per week. This role has the potential to evolve into a long-term collaboration based on performance and business needs.
