We are a U.S.-Based company specializing in building custom Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and streamlining business operations. We are a fast-paced, ambitious team looking for a highly capable and reliable Virtual Assistant to support our CEO and overall business operations. This multifaceted role combines executive assistance, document management, and LinkedIn engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create, format, and edit high-quality documents, ensuring they align with our brand voice and tone.
* Draft comprehensive SOPs and various internal documentation.
* Efficiently organize digital files and client materials.
* Manage calendars, set reminders, and handle follow-ups for the CEO.
* Write and schedule engaging social media content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
* Monitor social media engagement, reply to comments, and actively spark conversations.
* Conduct research on content trends and generate new content ideas.
* Utilize Google Workspace tools daily for various tasks.
* Provide support for special projects and manage daily operational tasks.
* Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to staying ahead.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with strong communication abilities.
* Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
* Proven experience in managing and growing LinkedIn pages.
* Highly tech-savvy and a fast learner.
* Must have reliable internet access, a modern computer, and a dual-monitor setup.
* Availability during U.S. Business hours (Eastern or Central Time) is essential.

Desired Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):
* Previous experience providing remote executive support.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Canva, and Notion.
* Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
* Understanding of content repurposing strategies.
* Experience with SOP development or general documentation processes.
