We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support for our sales operations and contribute to overall business growth. Our company holds an AT&T contract, specializing in B2B products including fiber internet and cell services. This role requires a versatile individual capable of managing various administrative, sales support, and light technical tasks.

Dialer Management: Oversee and manage our GoHighLevel dialer system, ensuring smooth operation and efficient lead processing.
Onboarding and Training: Assist in onboarding new sales representatives, providing guidance and training on dialer usage and adherence to sales scripts.
Performance Monitoring: Listen to sales calls to ensure reps are following established scripts and maintaining quality standards.
Lead Generation and Data Entry: Identify and source new leads, then accurately load them into the GoHighLevel dialer for outreach.
Recruitment Advertising: Help run classified advertisements, particularly on platforms like Craigslist in the Houston area, to recruit new sales agents.
Appointment Management: General management and scheduling of customer appointments, ensuring timely and organized interactions.
Digital Setup Support: Assist with the setup and basic maintenance of our company email accounts and website.
Customer Activations: Provide support to customers during the product activation process for our fiber internet and cell services.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities to support our dynamic sales team and help expand our business.
