We are a successful agency working with high-performing content creators on subscription platforms (OnlyFans) . We are currently looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant Manager to oversee a remote team of chatters and prospecting assistants.

This is a commission-based position with high earning potential (7% of total net revenue generated from the account you manage).
No hourly limit – we care about results and team efficiency, not clock-in time.

Project overview

Your Role : * Manage a team of VA chatters and lead generation assistants * Review, improve and correct chat quality daily * Motivate and train staff based on our structured documents (chat scripts, prospecting strategy) * Monitor daily KPIs: message volume, conversion rates, retention, client spending * Recruit, train and onboard new team members if needed * Maintain a clear and respectful tone aligned with the creator’s brand * Report daily/weekly results to agency owners * Test & optimize new techniques to increase revenue Requirements : * Proven experience managing remote VA teams (bonus: OnlyFans or adult content industry) * Strong leadership and communication skills * Native or fluent English (written) * Deep understanding of sales chatting and customer behavior * Extremely organized and self-driven * Comfortable with adult topics (strict confidentiality required) Payment & Bonus : 7% of net revenue from the account you manage 16th at 31st Monthly bonuses based on performance Long-term position with increasing responsibility Fully remote !!!
