We're hiring a Founding LATAM Launch Lead for Cliqueit - a social app where friend groups match with other friend groups to go out together ("where squads meet squads"). After launching in Miami in 2026, we're bringing Cliqueit to Latin America, and you'll lead it.

This is a founding, part-time role with a big mandate: own our launch across LATAM. You'll start with our first market, Mexico City, then help decide where we go next across the region - Bogota, Buenos Aires, and beyond. You'll be based in CDMX and deeply plugged into its going-out, creator, and Gen-Z scene.

The goal is simple: drive real downloads and active usage of Cliqueit in your market. Everything else serves that.

What you'll own:
- Creator outreach & closing - find and close local micro-creators (~$125 USD per partnership) to drive downloads; own the relationship from "interested" to "posted."
- Launch coordination & market read - watch the numbers daily, recommend where to shift budget, own the read on what's working, and make the case for our next city.
- Spanish community & DM management - handle community and inbound DMs beyond the basics, in natural Spanish, including light moderation.
- Weekly reporting on downloads, signups, and usage.

How you work is totally up to you - bring whatever tools and approach get results (plenty of people lean on AI, which is fine). To be clear, we don't provide any tools or software; you work however you work best. What matters to us is the judgment, the relationships, the closing, and the results.

If you're comfortable on camera, you can also be the face of our Spanish-language content (a real bonus that increases pay).

Who we're looking for - fit over seniority:
- Someone ~22-30 who genuinely lives CDMX's going-out / creator / Gen-Z scene.
- Native Spanish + fluent professional English.
- Great instincts for what content and creators land with people your age.
- This is NOT a senior corporate role. Experience with creators, community, or consumer apps is a plus, not a requirement.

Details:
- Part-time, 20-30 hrs/week, flexible schedule.
- $2,250 USD/month (more if you're on camera).
- Based in Mexico City; starts late June 2026.
- Paid trial task ($75 USD) before any offer - we hire on the work, not the resume.
