Freelance Recruiter/Sourcer for Skilled Welders and Metalworkers in Peru

Our Croatian metalworking company is seeking a dedicated freelance recruiter or sourcer based in Peru. The primary objective of this project is to identify and pre-screen highly qualified welders and metalworkers for legal employment opportunities in Croatia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a comprehensive recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Post job advertisements on prominent local Peruvian platforms, including Computrabajo and relevant Facebook groups, to attract suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and interest in international employment.
Thoroughly verify SENATI certificates and previous work experience to ensure candidates meet our stringent requirements.
Compile and submit a shortlist of qualified candidate profiles, complete with their updated CVs, for our review.

Compensation for this role will be a finder's fee paid per successfully hired candidate, following the completion of their probation period. It is crucial to note that no fees will be charged to the workers at any point. Our company will cover all work permit and relocation costs for the selected candidates. We are looking for a professional with strong recruitment expertise and a deep understanding of the Peruvian labor market for skilled trades.
