Your primary tasks will include: Sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook groups, specialized job boards, professional online communities, and your personal networks. Introducing the StrongBodyAI platform to potential candidates, clearly explaining its unique benefits and value proposition. Sharing comprehensive recruitment materials and answering any questions candidates may have about the platform and opportunities. Guiding candidates seamlessly through the entire registration process, profile setup, and activation on the StrongBodyAI platform. We are looking for professionals such as doctors, nutritionists, fitness trainers, yoga instructors, therapists, skincare specialists, and other wellness experts to join our growing community. This is a 100% remote work opportunity with a flexible schedule, allowing you to work part-time or full-time from anywhere within Turkey. Compensation is performance-based, offering USD 40 for each successfully onboarded and activated professional, with unlimited earning potential. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and networking skills, demonstrate proactive candidate sourcing abilities, be proficient in social media, and ensure responsible follow-up. Prior experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, or digital marketing is a significant advantage. Existing connections within the health and wellness industry are highly valued.
