We are expanding our network in Turkey and are seeking a dedicated Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on communication, networking, and working independently with flexible schedules.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage a diverse range of professionals, including doctors, nutritionists, fitness trainers, yoga instructors, therapists, beauty specialists, and other wellness experts. Candidates can be sourced through various channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook groups, job boards, professional communities, referrals, and your personal network.

You will be tasked with introducing our platform, clearly explaining its benefits, sharing relevant informational materials, answering basic questions, and guiding candidates through the registration and onboarding processes. Additionally, you will provide support in creating their digital profiles and completing all necessary activation steps.

compensation:

compensation for this role is performance-based, with a rate of usd 40 for each professional successfully onboarded and activated. There is no earning cap, allowing for significant income potential based on your performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
