This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on generating qualified meetings with potential B2B clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in cold outbound prospecting.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting in-depth research to identify and qualify potential B2B clients within our target market.
* Utilizing various prospecting tools and techniques to accurately scrape emails and identify key decision-makers.
* Crafting and sending personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages to engage prospects and successfully book meetings.
* Diligently tracking all outreach activities and managing leads within our CRM system.
* Collaborating closely with the co-founder to continuously refine targeting strategies and optimize messaging for maximum effectiveness.
Key requirements for this position include:
* Demonstrable experience in B2B cold outbound prospecting.
* Proficiency with email scraping and LinkedIn automation tools.
* Exceptional written communication skills in English are essential, with Spanish proficiency being a valuable asset.
* Ability to work autonomously, manage your own sales pipeline, and consistently achieve activity and meeting generation goals.
