Freelance Workplace Editor for Nearshore Americas Publication

Nearshore Americas, a leading publication for the Nearshore tech services community, is seeking a Latin America-based freelance writer to contribute monthly content. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and have proven experience publishing in English-language channels.

The Workplace Editor will be responsible for two main topic areas:

1. Professional practices within the Nearshore industry: Contribute four articles per month (one weekly) providing deep insight into the day-to-day work of interview subjects. These will typically be single-source articles, 700 to 800 words in length, and require gathering a photo of the interview subject.

2. Business travel, culture, and recommendations in major Latin American cities: Contribute one weekly 'Insider' column, approximately 300 to 400 words, focused on 'NSAM Recommends' content. This will include recommendations for three hotels, three cultural/event experiences, and four restaurants in a featured city each week. This work will not require interviewing sources.

Important qualities for this role include being a strong, proactive communicator and possessing top-quality organizational skills.
