Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant (Spanish & English) to support our administrative operations, focusing on technician onboarding, client/technician paperwork, contract management, and record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Onboarding of Technicians:

Assist in the hiring process by collecting & verifying documents (IDs, certifications, contracts).

Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.

Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and stored securely.

✅ Document & Contract Management:

Maintain digital records of client contracts, technician agreements, and hourly work logs.

Organize and update company files (Google Drive/Dropbox/CRM).

Prepare, review, and send service agreements to clients and technicians.

✅ Administrative Support:

Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and reminders for technicians.

Assist with payroll tracking (hours worked, job completion verification).

Handle basic customer/technician inquiries via email or chat.

✅ Bilingual Communication (Spanish & English):

Translate documents or communications when needed.

Act as a liaison between English/Spanish-speaking clients and technicians.

Requirements:
✔ Fluent in Spanish & English (written & spoken – MUST).
✔ 1+ year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or HR Support.
✔ Strong organizational skills – able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✔ Tech-savvy – comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), CRM tools, and digital filing.
✔ Experience with contracts/legal paperwork is a plus.
✔ Reliable internet connection and availability during business hours (EST preferred).

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Trello, or Asana.

Basic knowledge of payroll/hourly tracking systems.

Previous work in construction/home improvement industry.
