we are looking for a bilingual virtual assistant fluent in both spanish and english to support our team with administrative and communication tasks. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, a fast learner, and has experience or familiarity with the construction or property management industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle emails, calls, and messages in Spanish and English

Translate documents or communications when needed

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate tasks

Update spreadsheets and maintain organized records

Assist with job tracking, project follow-ups, and online research

Support general administrative needs

Requirements:
Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English

Experience in construction, maintenance, or property management (preferred)

Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Gmail, Company cam, Jobber, etc.

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Fast learner with attention to detail
