We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in both Spanish and English to support the administrative operations of Bellarosa Home Improvement. This full-time, remote contract position will focus on critical tasks including technician onboarding, client and technician paperwork management, contract administration, and meticulous record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Technician Onboarding: Assist in the hiring process by collecting and verifying essential documents such as IDs, certifications, and contracts. Coordinate background checks and reference verifications, ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and stored securely.
*  Document & Contract Management: Maintain comprehensive digital records of client contracts, technician agreements, and hourly work logs. Organize and update company files using platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or a CRM system. Prepare, review, and dispatch service agreements to both clients and technicians.
*  Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and send reminders for technicians. Assist with payroll tracking, including verifying hours worked and job completion. Handle basic customer and technician inquiries efficiently via email or chat.
*  Bilingual Communication (Spanish & English): Provide translation services for documents and communications as needed. Act as a crucial liaison between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients and technicians to ensure clear and effective communication.

Requirements:
*  Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
*  Possess at least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in an HR Support role.
*  Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
*  Be tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), CRM tools, and digital filing systems.
*  Experience with contracts and legal paperwork is considered a significant advantage.
*  Must have a reliable internet connection and be available during business hours (EST preferred).
