Bellarosa Home Improvement Services, LLC, a leading home improvement company based in the greater Richmond, VA area, is seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy, and proactive Bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, richmond time, with some half-day saturdays required to support our customer service needs. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive updates on projects.
Administrative & Technical Support: Manage phone calls, emails, and online inquiries efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and project work. Communicate and organize daily schedules for our field technicians, ensuring they have all necessary information and materials to complete their jobs.
Multitasking & Organization: Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, from managing calendars and coordinating with field teams to updating client records and preparing documents.
Tech Savvy: Utilize and manage various software platforms, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools, scheduling software, and communication applications (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or virtual assistant role.
Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Strong proactive problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory.
High level of comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new software.
Reliable, secure internet connection and a quiet, professional environment to work from.
