The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, managing front desk operations and providing essential administrative support to the Human Resources department. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, onboarding support, and general office organization. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement to effectively communicate with our diverse staff and clientele.
