Our company provides reliable and eco-friendly commercial cleaning services to businesses across various industries, including medical, education, and property management. We focus on customizable cleaning solutions and customer satisfaction, leveraging advanced technology and best practices to ensure efficiency, quality, and long-term client relationships.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, assisting with a variety of clerical tasks and managing communications. Key responsibilities include:
* Organizing schedules and coordinating appointments.
* Providing excellent customer service over the phone.
* Preparing documentation, including basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Assisting in multiple admin, sales, and marketing tasks related to the growth and expansion of the business
* Ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining organizational processes in a remote work environment.
Qualifications:
* Must speak Spanish fluently.
* Strong skills in administrative assistance, clerical tasks, and organizational management.
* Proficiency in phone etiquette and professional communication.
* Experience with bookkeeping skills is required.
* Adept at appointment setting.
* Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
* Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
* Previous experience in a virtual or administrative role is preferred.
