We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Virtual Assistant and Project Coordinator to join our custom millwork and cabinetry company based in New Jersey, USA. This role is crucial for enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring seamless project flow. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support and coordination across various aspects of our business. Key responsibilities include: Email Management: Efficiently handle and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper categorization. Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and project timelines, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Customer Follow-up: Proactively engage with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, update status reports, and maintain accurate records to keep all stakeholders informed. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed to support daily operations. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in the millwork or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
