We’re hiring for long-term. First 2 weeks are paid onboarding to ensure mutual fit. After that, we’ll fully integrate you into the team with a company email, training, and structured weekly workflow

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented data entry agent to support our insurance verification processes. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with basic or none knowledge of insurance or strong admin skills and a willingness to learn (trainings will be provided).

The primary responsibilities include:

- Entering data from attached PDFs into an internal form
- Calling U.S.-Based dental insurance companies to verify and complete missing information
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency of insurance data for use in patient claims and documentation

Strong English communication skills are required, especially for professional phone calls.
Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus but not required!

Project overview

This position supports a growing remote billing service for dental offices. You’ll work with our team through shared task dashboards and web-based tools. All training will be provided, and you’ll be expected to meet deadlines and follow detailed task instructions consistently.
