About Me: I manage four different income-generating activities, requiring time-sensitive coordination and organization. I have four children, which means balancing work and family life is essential. I interact with multiple employers, clients, and professional contacts, requiring efficient communication and follow-ups. I have an active social life and value maintaining good relationships with friends and networks. Key Responsibilities: The ideal Virtual Assistant will assist in the following areas: Calendar & Schedule Management Organizing meetings, appointments, and personal events. Sending reminders and ensuring no conflicts arise. Email & Communication Handling Managing and responding to emails professionally. Filtering important messages and drafting responses. Task & Project Coordination Tracking progress on different projects and assignments. Ensuring deadlines are met and following up when needed. Personal & Family Support Assisting with kids' schedules (school, extracurriculars, etc.). Booking travel, reservations, or personal errands as needed. Administrative Support Data entry, document organization, and research tasks. Managing invoices, payments, and financial records if necessary. Requirements: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficient in digital tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management apps). Discreet and professional with sensitive information. Proactive and solution-oriented—able to anticipate needs. Experience as a VA or in administrative support is preferred.
