We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Argentina-based Virtual Assistant / Operations Coordinator to provide ongoing, long-term support for a US startup engagement. This is a remote position, requiring a professional who can work approximately 20 to 40 hours per week, half-time or full-time, depending on the evolving scope.

Key Responsibilities:
* Inbox triage and efficient management of email communications.
* Comprehensive calendar and meeting coordination, including scheduling and logistics.
* Preparation and formatting of various documents and presentations.
* Professional communication with vendors and clients.
* Light project management support to ensure tasks are on track.
* Maintaining basic CRM hygiene and data accuracy.
* Conducting occasional research and preparing reports.

Candidate Requirements:
* Must be based in Argentina.
* Professional English proficiency (B2 or above) is essential for live US client calls.
* A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or operations coordinator.
* Comfortable and proficient with standard operations tools, including Gmail and Google Workspace, project management platforms like Notion, Asana, or ClickUp, Slack, and basic CRM systems.
* Demonstrated reliability, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and comfort working independently.
* Possess a stable and efficient remote work setup.

Bonus Skills (not required, but a plus):
* Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, and various automation platforms.
