Imaging/Branding and Creating a comprehensive digital marketing strategy

First, I need someone who has good English.  I live in Buenos Aires, but this project is oriented to the English-speaking market in the U.S.
I need to develop a marketing plan to promote on-line coaching services and my new book.
I need to have a consistent image online on my website, authors bio, book, blog, FB, whatever.  Some of the promotion strategies may include google ad, FB ads, Amazon ads, blogging, videos, and audios, Including audio giveaways to capture emails, and eventually I hope to offer online courses.  but for now, i just need to have someone help me develop a strategic and comprehensive marketing plan.
This might even involve some brainstorming conversations to start.

I am looking for someone with extensive experience and thorough understanding of U.S. Book marketing and sales online as well as selling professional services.  For more information about me and my book, my website is DBTCoach.com and my book is Genuine Validation only in an ebook on Amazon at this point. I also have two other websites in Spanish, powermindfulness.com and foromindulness.com, but these are oriented toward a different market.
