What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate to improve performance.
- Communicate effectively in English and provide top-tier support.

Requirements:
- English Literate (Any level)
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but we accept fresh graduates/entry-level
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
