Position: Team Lead
Location: Costa Rica (Fully Remote)
Pay: $13 USD/hour + $750 Sign-On Bonus
Hours: Full-time, Day Shift

What You’ll Do:
- Manage and inspire a team of Customer Service Agents to meet performance targets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for local teams and U.S. Enterprise clients.
- Monitor team KPIs, provide coaching, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:
- English Literacy (Any Level)
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in BPO or Contact Centre environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for excellence.
