We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Japanese-English speaking Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support for our business operations in Japan. This part-time, remote role is crucial for facilitating smooth communication and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Manage and respond to email communications in both Japanese and English.
*  Provide essential support during Zoom meetings, including real-time translation to ensure effective communication.
*  Act as a primary point of contact for communication with our Japanese clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
*  Review and proofread various documents, such as emails, presentations, and product information, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
*  Perform basic administrative tasks and follow-up actions to ensure project continuity and timely completion.

Required Skills and Attributes:

*  Excellent proficiency in both Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
*  Demonstrated organizational skills and a high degree of reliability.
*  Ability to effectively participate in and manage Zoom calls.
*  Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
*  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
*  Previous experience in administrative support or customer service roles is a significant advantage.
