We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support lead generation efforts in the latam region for a grc (governance, risk & compliance) software solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential prospects (companies and decision-makers) within LATAM markets.

Collect accurate contact information, including names, titles, emails, and LinkedIn profiles.

Build and maintain a prospect database (CRM or spreadsheet format).

Send pre-approved marketing materials and intro emails to spark interest and generate qualified leads.

Look for networking opportunities or relevant events where our solution could be a good fit.

Provide weekly reports and updates on outreach and lead status.

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (English proficiency required for internal communication).

Experience with B2B sales, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or spreadsheets), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Familiarity with SaaS or GRC-related solutions is a strong plus.

Self-starter, organized, and proactive in communication.

Workload:

Part-time (20 hours/week to start, flexible based on results).

100% remote.
