Lead Manager (Lead Nurture & Follow-Up Specialist) for Real Estate

Published on the May 13, 2026 in Sales & Marketing

About this project

Open

We're hiring a Lead Manager to nurture our pipeline of real estate leads and make sure no opportunity falls through the cracks. You'll be the main point of contact for warm leads — following up with sellers, building rapport, and guiding them until they're ready to close or talk to our acquisitions closer. You'll also do targeted outbound prospecting using our high-quality data (fresh county records for probate, foreclosure, and other niche lists) to start conversations with potential sellers.

This hybrid role keeps our funnel both organized and full. If you're a people-person who's also organized and driven, this is a great fit.

What You'll Do
Manage about 50 active leads in our CRM. Follow up quickly by phone, text, and email. Check in regularly, understand each seller's situation, and keep us top-of-mind for when they're ready to move.

Call every new inbound lead as soon as it comes in. Have a friendly conversation to learn why they might sell, when, and the condition of the property. Identify real motivation versus casual interest, and tag each lead as hot, warm, or long-term.

Set appointments with our acquisitions closer once a lead is qualified and motivated. You'll own the acquisitions calendar — scheduling consultations or property visits and making sure the closer has every key detail before the meeting.

Spend part of your time on outbound prospecting. Use cold calls and personalized texts and emails to reach sellers on our premium data lists, introduce our service, and uncover new opportunities beyond inbound.

What You Need

Fluent English with a friendly, confident phone presence. You're a good listener who can build trust over multiple conversations. Experience talking with older U.S. Homeowners is a plus — patience and professionalism go a long way.

At least 1 year in sales, account management, or customer service. Real estate experience, especially with motivated sellers, is a big plus.
Strong organization. You can juggle dozens of leads without ever dropping a callback, and a CRM feels second nature. If you're the kind of person who loves a clean task list or color-coded tracker, you'll thrive here.

Empathy and persuasion. Many sellers are in tough situations — foreclosure, probate, family changes. You meet them where they are and show how we can help.

Tech-savvy with CRMs, click-to-call systems, and Google Workspace. Quick to learn new tools. Reliable internet and a quiet workspace with a headset.
Available full-time on U.S. Hours (roughly 9am–6pm EST) with flexibility for the occasional urgent lead. Looking for someone who can commit long-term (12+ months) and grow with the team.

What We Offer

Base salary of $800–$1,200/month based on experience and location, plus $500 commission on every deal you help close.

Meaningful work. Your follow-up directly turns leads into closed deals and helps families navigate tough situations.

Training on our scripts, CRM, and the wholesale buying process, plus ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills.

A supportive, growth-minded remote team with regular check-ins, open communication, feedback, and room for your ideas.
100% remote work. Skip the commute and work from wherever you can reliably cover the hours.

How to Apply

Send your resume and a short voice recording introducing yourself (Vocaroo works well). Tell us why this Lead Manager role interests you and highlight any sales or real estate experience. Optionally, include a short note about a time you won over a tough customer or closed a hard deal — we value people who take initiative to show their skills.

Strong candidates will be invited to a Zoom interview and possibly a short role-play exercise.

Come join a team where your follow-up skills will be valued and rewarded.
