Project overview
Scope of Work: Respond to occasional WhatsApp/WeChat messages from fewer than 3 Latin American clients. Maintain polite, timely, and professional communication. Availability to respond within 12–24 hours. Forward or report relevant messages to our team (if needed). Requirements: Must have an active phone number with a Chinese or Hong Kong area code. Must be able to receive and respond to messages on WhatsApp or WeChat. Basic Spanish or English for message understanding is a plus. Estimated workload: Very low – only a few messages per week. This is a simple project ideal for someone already based in China or Hong Kong, or who has access to a number with that region code.
