We are looking for a Vendor coordinator in Latin America. More information are as below.

Title:    Vendor Coordinator
Employment Type:    Full Time
Salary:    To Be Determined
Benefits:    Standard Latino Bridge-provided benefits for salaried-exempt employees, including the following:

Working days:    Monday to Friday
Probation Period:    First three months from employment date
Contract:    Is for one year and will be renewable unless one or both parties terminate it by means of one month written notice sent to the other party.
Job Responsibilities    Recruitment:
    Build a comprehensive global database of translators (in all requested pairs) to meet continuous business needs.
    Receive and handle requests from Project Manager, Sales and marketing teams to recruit and place new vendors\translators into on-going projects.
    Create & monitor efficient Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    Create valid performance metrics to manage profitability & effectiveness of vendors and monitor the adherence to contractual SLA.
    SLAs must be proactively managed relative to language requirements and overall quality.
    Comply with Company’s Quality Management System relating to Vendor Management.

Support role:
Work closely with Project Managers to:
    Source suitable vendors at necessary margins with high quality levels.
    Evaluate project scope and make vendor recommendations accordingly.
    Follow up on team’s availability and progress and assign tasks to them.
Work closely with vendors to:
    Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.
    Provide support and guidance to solve all vendors’ problems and direct them as required.

Financial role:
    Responsibility for outsourcing spending.
    Responsibility for pricing plans, vendor rates & rate compilation.
    Responsibility for following up vendors payments with Finance department.
Managerial role:
    Participate in strategic, profitable, & sustainable vendor management plans & business relations.
    Monitor vendor performance on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and develop action plans where necessary.
    Vendor KPI management and reporting.

Production Role:
    Participate in translation/revision/proofreading tasks as needed (provided that there is no contradiction with the above mentioned prioritized roles.)
