Marketing & Creative Operations Lead for Premium Digital Agency

We are a boutique digital marketing agency seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Creative Operations Lead to support client delivery across social media operations, creative production (graphics and video), and day-to-day agency operations. This is a remote position is ideal for a smart generalist eager to grow within a dynamic environment, serving premium clients in interior design, hospitality, and home services. We prioritize aptitude and drive, providing training for specific skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the social media content pipeline, including scheduling and publishing across multiple client accounts.
Produce and edit graphics using existing brand kits and templates.
Edit short-form video content (social clips/Reels), including preparing and organizing footage.
Handle general agency operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth client work, such as file organization, task coordination, and managing recurring processes.
Adhere closely to documented processes (SOPs) and contribute to their continuous improvement.

Required Aptitudes:

Basic hands-on familiarity with social media posting and scheduling platforms.
Fundamental graphic design capabilities (experience with Canva and/or Adobe tools is a plus).
Basic video editing skills (experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut is beneficial).
Excellent written English and clear, reliable communication abilities.
Possession of a stable remote work setup.

Tools used in this role (training provided): SocialPilot or similar (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud, Dropbox, and Google Workspace.
