We are seeking an exceptional and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our growing hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proactive approach to guest relations and administrative tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations across our short-term rental properties.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, guest details, payments, expenses, and maintenance activities across various platforms.
Tracking occupancy and revenue data diligently using spreadsheets.
Responding to all guest enquiries and booking requests promptly and professionally.
Managing comprehensive guest communication, including sending pre-arrival instructions, providing in-stay support, conducting check-out follow-ups, and requesting reviews.
Coordinating effectively with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are always in top condition.
Resolving any guest issues or concerns with a calm, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach.
Requirements:
Fluency in French, Arabic, and English is essential for effective communication with our diverse guest base.
Demonstrated excellent written communication skills, maintaining a warm, professional, and clear tone in all interactions.
Proficiency and comfort in using platforms such as Airbnb and
Booking.com, as well as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data management.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly to urgent matters, including occasional availability during evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry or short-term rental management is highly preferred.
