We are looking for an Online Client Acquisition Manager to help grow our cleaning business by finding and connecting with new clients and partners. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach and securing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Search for potential customers and partners through various online platforms, including social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), search engines (Google), review sites (Yelp), and local business directories.
Initiate contact with prospects through professional phone calls, direct messages, and emails.
Clearly, professionally, and persuasively present our comprehensive range of cleaning services to potential clients.
Maintain and regularly update a detailed database of leads for effective follow-up and pipeline management.
Build and foster strong, lasting relationships with potential clients and strategic partners to ensure long-term growth.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential for effective client interaction.
Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet established client acquisition targets.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and online research techniques is required to identify and engage prospects.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive base rate of $4 per hour.
Performance bonuses will be awarded based on the number of new clients acquired or successful deals closed, incentivizing strong results.
