Concierge Signature Group, a leader in luxury living services in Tulum, Marbella, and Dubai, is seeking a highly versatile and responsive Operations & Guest Relations Assistant to manage our Marbella office year-round. We cater to a global elite who demand nothing less than perfection.

This role requires a professional with exceptional linguistic skills, a client-first mindset, and high availability, especially during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

High Season (May to September) – Concierge & Guest Relations:
* Guest Communication: Instantly reply to all incoming client messages and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
* Operations: Manage daily concierge bookings, coordinate check-ins/outs for luxury properties, and fulfill bespoke luxury requests.
* Problem Solving: Efficiently handle last-minute emergencies and unexpected situations with speed and discretion.

Low Season (October to April) – Corporate Assistant:
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the management team with daily operational and organizational tasks.
* Special & Ongoing Missions: Update marketing brochures, contribute to all ongoing company tasks, and manage ad-hoc projects to prepare for the upcoming high season.

Profile We Are Looking For:
* Linguistic Excellence: Mandatory flawless written and spoken English. Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a strong asset.
* Client-First Mindset: Demonstrated extreme reactivity, absolute discretion, and a natural problem-solving ability.
* Availability: Ability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, with high availability on weekends during the high season.
