We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Social Media Specialist to take full ownership of our lead generation efforts on Instagram and TikTok. This role is crucial for building a steady pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive engagement and strategic messaging. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling, on-brand scripts for every stage of the conversation, from initial cold outreach to qualification, objection handling, and ultimately, the hand-off of ready leads.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Develop and refine concise, on-brand messaging scripts for initial cold outreach, follow-ups, qualification, and objection handling on Instagram and TikTok.
*  Execute daily outbound direct messaging (DMs) and follow-up sequences on both platforms to engage new prospects.
*  Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming replies, maintaining a friendly tone consistent with the established brand voice.
*  Qualify prospects effectively by asking pertinent questions, identifying their pain points, and accurately recording information in our tracking system (spreadsheet/CRM).
*  Address basic objections independently and escalate complex issues for immediate attention.
*  Maintain meticulous notes on conversation status and next actions to ensure seamless lead management.

This role emphasizes achieving measurable results over strict time tracking, allowing for flexible schedule management as long as daily outreach and response targets are consistently met. There is significant potential for growth, including expanded hours and commission structures, for individuals who consistently book qualified calls or close low-ticket sales.
