About the Role
I’m looking for a high-agency personal assistant to help manage both personal and professional priorities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, takes initiative, and operates with minimal hand-holding.
You’ll handle a wide range of tasks—from booking travel and coordinating vendors to researching health optimization protocols and managing life admin.
I care about outcomes, not process. If something can be solved with a credit card and good judgment, I want you to solve it. If a phone call to a North American vendor is needed, you make it and report back. The best updates sound like: “Done—here’s what I did.”
Logistics
Hours: ~25–30 hrs/week (5–6 hrs/day), occasional urgent weekend requests
Time Zone: Significant overlap with PST business hours required
Location: Remote
Compensation: $1,000 USD/month to start, with increase after a 30-day trial based on performance
Responsibilities
Life Admin & Coordination
Book travel (flights, Airbnbs, restaurants, activities) with full itineraries
Plan and book date nights, experiences, and events
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and a house manager
Manage wedding-related tasks and logistics
Handle general life admin (returns, appointments, reservations, follow-ups)
Health & Fitness Support
Research and coordinate health optimization protocols (supplements, peptides, treatments)
Liaise with compound pharmacies, dermatologists, and other providers
Track orders, refills, and follow-ups
Research & Problem-Solving
Research products, services, and solutions—then recommend or execute
Make phone calls to North American businesses when needed
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) For technical or creative tasks
Communication & Task Management
Communicate via Slack and WhatsApp (including a group chat with my fiancée)
Maintain your own task-tracking system; requests will come in sporadically
About You
High Agency: You see problems, decide, and act with good judgment
High IQ: Quick learner, strong researcher, comfortable with ambiguity
High EQ: Professional, personable, and context-aware—especially on calls
Organized: Nothing falls through the cracks
Resourceful: Comfortable using AI, Google, Grammarly, and new tools
Reliable: Responsive during working hours; flexible when urgent issues arise
Requirements
Strong spoken and written English (North America phone calls required)
Reliable internet and quiet space for calls
Experience with—or willingness to learn—AI tools
Discretion with sensitive and personal information
Availability during PST business hours

Find a compound pharmacy in Canada (Vancouver preferred) that can prepare custom peptide formulations.
Deliverable: Name, contact info, requirements (Rx, consult), pricing structure, turnaround time. Bonus: call to confirm.
Task 2: Peptide Pen Sourcing
Source a “Glow Peptide Pen” (or equivalent) that ships to Canada.
Deliverable: Vendor, product link, pricing, shipping timeline, customs considerations, and a recommendation.
Task 3: nad+ iv therapy (vancouver)
find an nad+ iv provider offering home visits.
Deliverable: Provider, pricing, availability, what’s included, and booking process. If no home visits, propose the best alternative.
Submit all tasks in one clear, scannable document or message.
Record a Loom walkthrough explaining how you completed the research (required).
