We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and schedule in-store product sampling events across the U.S. This role requires strong time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple schedules while communicating with brand ambassadors, sales teams, and retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination:
-Book and confirm product sampling events across multiple retail locations.
Manage and update scheduling spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) or booking software.
-Ensure that brand ambassadors are assigned to the right locations based on availability and store needs.

Communication & Support:
-Act as the primary point of contact for brand ambassadors, answering scheduling-related questions.
-Coordinate with sales teams to ensure coverage in key markets.
Send reminders and confirmations to ensure event attendance.

Problem-Solving & Logistics:
-Handle last-minute cancellations by quickly finding replacement staff.
Maintain organized records of past and upcoming bookings for reporting purposes.
-Assist in optimizing scheduling processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills
-1+ years of experience in scheduling, booking coordination, or administrative support.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and scheduling tools.
-Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience working remotely with U.S. Businesses is a plus.
