We are a non-profit organization looking for a remote customer support agent from the UAE, Bahrain, or Oman. The role includes answering basic client inquiries by email and/or phone, following up on pickups, and maintaining clear communication with partners.

The position is part-time, flexible, and fully remote. All tools used are free (Google Workspace, WhatsApp, etc.), And we provide onboarding and guidance. No technical background is needed — only strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Ideal for students, part-timers, or individuals passionate about environmental and social impact.

We’re looking for someone who can start immediately and is available a few hours a day.

Project overview

Our organization promotes electronic recycling and secure data destruction. We collaborate with schools, companies, and organizations across Canada and the Gulf region. This role is part of our regional outreach in the UAE, Bahrain, and Oman. The person selected will help us expand our services and values — including environmental responsibility and data privacy — by building local relationships and supporting logistics and communication remotely.
