You’ll connect with prospects who have already expressed interest. • Automated Dialer System – Our Five9 dialer connects you directly to leads. No manual dialing. • Stable Full-Time Schedule – Work Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm pacific time (no weekends!). • Clear Career Path – Grow your skills and advance in a fast-paced, remote-friendly company. --- What You’ll Do: • Engage with inbound leads who have requested information about our services. • Build rapport and ask targeted questions to qualify prospects. • Use our Five9 dialer system to manage calls efficiently. • Document lead interactions accurately in our CRM. • Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the sales team. • Meet performance goals related to call volume and lead conversion. • Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions. --- What We’re Looking For: • Advanced English proficiency with exceptional verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional articulation in customer interactions. • 2-3 years of call center experience (lead qualification or sales preferred). • Strong listening skills and the ability to quickly assess prospect needs. • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls. • Tech-savvy and able to learn new software, including Five9. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. --- Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection. Quiet and professional workspace. Headset with a microphone for clear communication.
